Source Of Happiness

Most days now,

Go in search of hope,

Or happiness,

Within and in the world.

Somedays, I find it,

In people I love,

And somedays,

In the songs I hear.

But, on days like today,

When everything seems so wrong,

I realize,

That the things that once made you happy,

Can cause you pain,

And so, we’ll always be in this constant chase,

To find the next happy moment.

And they do exist,

In abundance somewhere,

I just don’t know,

Where is my share.
