There are stars in me, twinkling, shining, burning in a rhythmic way, making me feel alive, giving me the boost and confidence to keep on going in life every day.
The same stars, some days burn with such an intense fire that it burns the inner outline of my soul, making it dark and black, letting me feel so miniscule and worthless in this cosmos that even my existence doesn’t matter anymore.
I’m my own light, my own destruction too.
