Weight of Thoughts

Going with the flow,

I hoped for the water to take away the heaviness,

Of the thoughts I was holding,

But everytime I wanted to not think of life,

It was the only thing my mind wandered to,

And the head felt heavier,

In the flow,

Rather than in the chaos,

Of the world outside,

For, now I don’t know,

If the water made the head heavier,

Or I never really realised the weight of my thoughts.
