Nitti-Gritties of Mind

If I start to tell you what’s going on in this little head of mine,

You’ll be surprised of the thoughts that pop up,

Of the things I keep thinking,

After days and days of them actually happening.

How I laugh on the coincidences,

Yet, wishing for more to happen,

Laughing on sad stories of life,

Like, I can’t believe it’s really happening.

Taking all in stride or sometimes not,

Keeping life simpler or sometimes not,

Trying to be happy or just be sad not,

You’ll be surprised of it all or care not.
