3rd Day Of Summer

On the third day of summer,

I whisper sweet nothings in your ear,

While lying on the fresh green grass,

Under cotton candy clouds,

Amongst daisies and wildflowers,

Listening to songs which never let smile creep out of your face.

On the third day of summer,

I write poems about us,

As poetic, as rhythmic as the wind,

As soothing, as calming as the sky,

As lively, as lovely,

As you on the third day of summer.
