Abandoned Station

I’m an abandoned railway station,

Where no trains ever stop,

They arrive and depart,

But no one here ever decides to hop.

I’m full of empty suitcases,

Some left, forgotten or just missed carrying along,

There’s so much baggage here,

The list is pretty long.

I’m that flickering tubelight,

The burst bulb, the rusty door,

I’m still here,

But, no one stops to care anymore.
