Just when you think you’re doing absolutely fine in the process of letting go, you start remembering the small things they did. Even the ones you didn’t notice consciously, but now it hits you as you unconsciously do it out of a newly forming habit.
Like, saying a catchphrase, using a certain emoji while texting, picking up words from their vocabulary, talking in their language, eating a dish they like and the list goes on.
To whoever said habits form in 21 days, haven’t found anyone worth transforming for in a few days.
To whoever said bad habits form addiction and addicts are simply over enthusiastic over something illegal, then they haven’t found anyone legal enough to be addicted to.
To whoever said addiction can be sobered up, don’t know that sobering up would only mean more addiction to the habit.
