Zindagi mein zyaada kuch nahi chahiye,

Bas, ek dost,

Jo ghanto tak saari baatein sun le, samjh le,

Kabhi pahaado par saath chal le,

Toh kabhi maidaano mein chauke-chakke dekhke uski charcha kar le,

Zindagi mein zyaada kuch nahi chahiye,

Bas, ek dost,
