Floating On A Rock

The stars feel far away,

From where I stand on this rock in the universe,

Glaring at it,

Whispering sometimes,

Saying out prayers and hopes in the void,

Hoping someone is hearing,

Wishing I'm not so alone,

As I float in this universe,

Existing in the tiniest, most impactful way ever.
