I think I’m ready now,

To get hurt,

By anything and anyone in the universe,

For I think there are yet,

Worse things waiting to happen.

So, this is me, ready,

To get hurt,

Once and for all,

Because, once I’m done hurting,

I’m only going to shine,

All the way lighting up this world,

So brightly that you would wonder,

Why you couldn’t see her before.
