Waise toh hai bada,

Saat samundro se bhara,

Jahaan yeh.

Kaise nahi fir hum juda,

Hai ek neele asmaan tale,

Jahaan ke.

Jaise ho koi wajah,

Milkar na milne ki,

Jahaan mein.

The world is so big,

With oceans seven.

Yet so small to put us under,

One sky even.

Yet keeping us close yet apart,
