Life In A Circle

I’ve been living in a circle,

Since the last forty eight hours,

Walking around the edges,

Stopping to only see the star,

Set in the west with dramatic skies,

And a rainbow cheering up,

The tired eyes.

So when I look at myself,

In the mirror right now,

All I can see is the Earth,

And how it smiles and laughs,

With pretty sunsets and rainbows,

As it runs itself in circles too,

But to never stop to admire the star,

Instead helping it create a dramatic hour.
