Often, it simply turns out to be,
Just overthinking,
And nothing catastrophic,
Like you were thinking,
Over and over again.
So, tell yourself,
Once in a while,
To do what you think you cannot do,
Because it’s so much better,
Than killing yourself,
With the overthinking.
