Don’t the words,

In books, movies and songs,

Seem to hit you harder and stronger,

With the ability to take advantage,

Of your vulnerability,

As you go back to them,

After months and years?

Making you wonder,

Whether they meant,

What you hear now,

All this while,

When you rediscover them,

All over again?

Probably,

Probably not.
