Reminiscing the Times
Never had I ever thought that this place would exist,
In times when I couldn’t form a proper sentence without fringing,
In times when there was nothing but this place as a safe haven;
The blinking cursor, on a blank new post window, patiently waiting for me to spill my feelings unfiltered.
In times when everything started to seem a little better in every sense,
In times when there were emotions which couldn’t be expressed in a better way other than writing,
In times when everything felt like falling apart,
In times when everything fell apart,
In times when eyes were swollen from crying all day,
In times when stomach ached from laughing hours endlessly,
In times when someone gave me a smile to survive a monday morning,
In times when memories required a visit,
In times when I wrote poetries for random crushes,
In times when my heart broke I pieces,
In times when I didn’t know how I felt,
In times when there was too much to feel,
In times when I had lost my cause but this place saved me in magical way,
In times of yesterday, today and tomorrow,
This place will be there,
For me to write,
For you to read,
The intricacies of a girl’s heart.
Celebrating 2 years of valahd today by remembering all the times this blog has been there for keeping me sane in this world full of chaos, love and heartbreak. Thank you, readers, for reading my madness. :’)
