Serendipity

It never occurred to me,

All these days,

That it was serendipty,

The way it all happened.

You finding me,

Or me you,

Accidentally,

Yet with purpose.

Of giving each other hope,

That magic might happen,

When we least expect,

Even if it is for a fraction of a moment.

But it will sparkle the one,

When everything is under darkness,

Like a present,

On a Christmas morning.

Song suggestion: Last Christmas by Wham!

(in case you haven’t heard it already!)
