Shehar Ki Baatein

Yeh shehar hume,

Kuch yun banaate hai,

Jo hum uski baaton mein,

Khudko behisaab uljha paate hai.

Fir raaste wahi dikhte hai,

Poore chaand ke ujaale mein,

Jo iss bebasi kahaniyo se,

Hume door le jaate hai.

Talash mein uss sukoon ki,

Jaha awaaz sirf dhadkan ki ho,

Ehsas uss junoon ka,

Jo shehar ki ujaalo mein madham na ho.

Fir wahi khwaaisho ki goonj se,

Hum shehar tak bhatak jaate hai,

Yahi shehar fir hume,

Apni baaton mein uljha jaate hai.
