There's something really calming about the rain,
The way it falls,
With so much determination,
That I question my own,
Have I ever been so dedicated to something like the rain?
Then I look at myself,
In the puddles that these rains form,
And I realize,
I'm unconsciously determined,
To keep living,
Through these rains,
That cause storms,
Real and metaphoric,
To see days sparkling with rainbows,
And to exist in places I've never been yet.
The only difference between rain and me being,
And I, fly.
