The Tuesday

Here comes the Tuesday,

And we get lost,

In the burden of work,

Procrastinated from Monday.

The process of getting work done,

Has an unwanted competition with time,

Resulting in the victory of time,

And work being left off again.

The weekend seems far,

And hopes dwindles a little,

A cake treat is a must,

For getting through the week.
