Unfazed

I’m living in my own little world,

Which exists in the rectangular room,

Of my rectangular house.

Yet the mind is unfazed,

As it takes me some place,

I’ve visited before,

Whose picture only exists,

In my head.

Like this place I loved walking through,

With trees covering the sky,

And mirrors lined up on both sides of the road,

Along with antique furniture.

How I loved the smell of the wood,

And the freshness of the air,

As I walked with confidence in my every step,

Listening to music and imagining I was in a music video,

Hopping and signing the songs,

Smiling to random people on the way,

Known yet unfazed of the fact that,

The song will end,

And I’ll be back in my rectangular room,

In my rectangular house.
