A Plate Of Fries And Three Dips

I'm recovering from some kinda sickness,

But all I can think of is,

A plate full of freshly fried fries,

Crispy on the outside,

Light and fluffy on the inside,

With at least three dips,

One, the classic tomato ketchup,

Not the kind available in a bottle,

But the kind made in the house,

Two, some cheesy, garlicky, creamy dip,

Dense, cheesy, thick, garlicky, herby, creamy,

Three, something spicy, not tangy,

That's so hot it burns the mouth,

But makes you crave for more.
