Always A Little Disappointed

I think I'll always be disappointed,

With the way things pan out in the end,

It's not because I want things to happen perfectly,

I just want them to happen a little less disastrously,

End a little less painfully,

Continue a little easily,

And start a lot early,

Maybe the standards are too high,

Or maybe I'm not getting everything I always deserved.
