When you let people get away with their awful behaviour,

They will keep repeating their awfulness,

Because they will never know,

It's hurting you,

When you keep quiet,

You affirm their actions,

You become a compliance of their disrespect towards you,

You allow it to happen to you.

You enable them to do it again.

You are equally responsible for the way they treat you, awfully.
