Calling Your Name

If you hear your name,

Randomly in silent rooms,

Or even on busy streets,

While eating your food,

Or simply listening to songs as you're about to sleep,

And there's no one around,

You can find who called your name,

It's because it's me,

I have been calling your name.

Ever since the last time we spoke,

Because I don't want that to be the last,

Ever since you stopped talking,

But I don't want to ever stop,

Ever since I've known your name,

But I have been scared to say it out loud,

And now I cannot say anyone else's without saying your name first out loud,

Like my name is now incomplete without.
