Jind hai, jaan hai,

Thoda toh hume,

Khudpe bhi maan hai,

Tajurba hai ehsaso ka,

Tumhari jo ye muskaan hai,

Dil hai, imaan hai,

Tum par toh khuda meharbaan hai,

Tajurba hai ehsaso ka,

Mann ki yeh pehchan hai,

Din hai, shaam hai,

Baatein na bezubaan hai,

Baato ki dehleez par,

Dil hai, jaan hai.
