You've to let your guard down,

Open up the visor of your helmet,

Take a deep breath,

And let go of the fight/flight mode,

Give in,

(And remember I'm saying giving in,

Not giving up)

To share a piece of yourself again,

Because you cannot just keep building the walls,

You've to make windows, doors and passages too,

And then,

You've to let your guard down.
