Tug of War With Feelings

I wish it didn't have to always come down to,

Being busy to keep your mind from overthinking,

Because as much as I like not being distracted,

I don't like being so disconnected from my emotions and feelings.


So, it's always a tug of war,

Between going absolutely insane,

While feeling the feelings,

And not feeling them.
