Anxious-Attachment Allergy

My anxious-attatchment allergy was flaring up today,

After months and it felt as if,

I'm being dragged on to Day 1 and Square 1 of healing all over again,

After 981 days,

And all my efforts are being diminished to nil,

With every minute of every hour.

But the realisation was enough.

The recognition of pattern,

The little signs of the allergens,

The way my body was reacting to it all,

Is enough,

For me to stand my ground and refuse to be dragged,

To control the allergy from the outspread.
